Ken's Personal scope...This is an outstanding one-of a kind 127mm F-15 Mak scope and extendable mount combination. The scope has perfect optics with two focusers...no detectable image shift with scope focuser or super fine/ smooth crayford focuser..rotable 360 degrees. 2"/1.25" back. Super optics, uncoated front corrector but enhanced mirror and improved focuser control...as I understand it, this Mak was built for use in severe observing conditions by Meade for Government issue...far superior in construction and durability to the blue Meades. In my opinion, the performances matches any 4" APO in Planetary observing, with zero false color and in a shorter tube. Includes the precision 3-9 power zoom x 50mm up-right rifle scope finder with detachable bracket, intergrated CG5 dovetail bar and felt lined mounting ring. The unique extendable 4.5" KDpier with large industrial grade steel castors and large adjustment knobs allows height from 34 to 52 inches measured from ground to the center of the mount.
